Fit and Funky in :: Valencia :: was the place to be in September 2006. It was a fantastic weekend of fitness and fun in the sun. With over 70 guests in attendance, ready and rearing to go, we exercised, pampered ourselves and partied the night away

We loved Valencia. It was a mix of sunshine and leisure, with great nightlife and music - everything was organised and taken care of.
The classes were fantastic too - there where loads of different choices during the day, which meant that you could choose whether you have a full on day, or pick a couple of classes and then enjoy the sun! We even got to try some new classes for the first time.
I would definitely recommend it whether you want to keep fit or not - we met a great group of people and had a brilliant holiday!
