We're excited to announce the launch of the Fit Kids Club, a dynamic program for children aged 6 to 15.

Dates: Monday 28th October - 1st November.

Location: Better Gym (Formerly known as Active Newham)

Newham Leisure Centre

281 Prince Regents Lane, Plaistow, E13 8SD  

Time: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Activities:

Your child will enjoy a variety of multi-sport activities, including football, basketball, rounders, dodgeball, and much more.

Pricing Full Week: Early Bird Discount: Offer Ends 5th October.

1st child £70 (that’s £14 per day)

Additional Siblings Discount £65

Please Note: A pack lunch is essential and soft drink no fizzy drinks allowed, still drinks only

No nuts are allowed on the premises.

Fit Kids Holiday Club

Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

• Booking: All bookings must be made in advance to secure a spot for your

child. Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served

basis.

• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept

payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or other agreed methods.

• Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the

start of the holiday club will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior will be non-refundable.

2. Attendance and Punctuality

• Drop-off and Pick-up: Parents/guardians are required to drop off and pick up

their children at the specified times. Late pick-ups may incur an additional

fee.

• Absences: Please inform us as soon as possible if your child will not be

attending on a scheduled day.

3. Health and Safety

• Medical Information: It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to provide

accurate and up-to-date medical information, including any allergies or

intolerances.

• Illness: If your child is unwell, please do not send them to the holiday club. If

a child becomes ill during the day, the parent/guardian will be contacted and

expected to collect the child as soon as possible.

• First Aid: Our staff are trained in basic first aid. In the event of an accident or

emergency, we will administer appropriate first aid and contact the parent/guardian immediately.

4. Behaviour and Conduct

• Code of Conduct: All children are expected to behave in a respectful and

cooperative manner. Bullying, aggression, or inappropriate behaviour will not

be tolerated.

• Disciplinary Actions: If a child consistently displays disruptive behaviour, we

reserve the right to exclude them from the holiday club, with no refund provided.

5. Safeguarding and Child Protection

• Staffing: All staff members are DBS checked and trained in safeguarding

procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of all children.

• Child Protection: We follow strict child protection policies. Any concerns

regarding a child's safety will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with local regulations.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

• Data Collection: Personal information collected during registration is used

solely for the purpose of managing the holiday club and ensuring the safety

of the children.

• Confidentiality: We are committed to keeping all personal data secure and

confidential. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Liability

• Responsibility: While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of all

children, F&F Fit Kids Holiday Club cannot be held liable for any accidents,

injuries, or loss of property that may occur during the program.

• Insurance: The holiday club is covered by public liability insurance.

8. Changes to the Program

• Modifications: We reserve the right to make changes to the program

schedule, activities, or terms and conditions if necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to parents/guardians in advance.

9. Consent

• Parental Consent: By enrolling your child in the Fit Kids Holiday Club, you

agree to these terms and conditions and consent to your child participating in the activities offered.
