  • No mobile phones allowed out during the day. One of our aims is to keep kids social and if your child has a phone, please note it will not be allowed during activities and lunchtime. Fit Kids accept no responsibility for your child whilst in our care on the clubs premises e.g prior to the agreed arrival time or after the agreed pick up time.

Every reasonable effort will be mad by the staff to ensure a childs belongings are not lost or damaged. However, please refrain from bringing in personal property as Fit Kids cannot be held responsible for loss or damage for any items. No jewellery should be worn unless compulsory for religious beliefs or any other similar reasons.

Late collection of children will occur a charge after 10 mins of £5. There will be a flat rate late pick up of £10 which will allow you to collect up to 30 minutes late. THIS FEE IS PAYABLE ON ARRIVAL. Persistent un -booked late pick up may lead to termination of place.



Fit Kids have a system of rewards, however we reserve the right to ask you to withdraw your child with immediate effect in the event that the child is considered to be continually displaying inappropriate behaviour. Where appropriate, all efforts to work with families will be made before such action is taken.



Fit kids reserve the right to administer basic first aid and treatment when necessary. Parents/guardians will be informed of all accidents and required to sign our accident record form. If we are unable to contact the Parent/guardian, Fit Kids is hereby authorised to act on behalf and administer necessary treatment, as agreed by signing the Confirmation Of Acceptance in the application form. Every effort will be made to contact parents/guardians before we act on the above procedure. However this does not include administering any medicine for any colds, flu or any other illness.

Parents/guardians MUST in form Fit Kids immediately of any changes to contact details of health status supplied to the club. Parents must inform Fit Kids of any details or health status supplied to the club. Parents must inform Fit Kids of any dietary requirements of their children in writing.

Parents are requested to inform the club if there is any childhood ailment or illness. No child can be   accepted to Fit Kids Club with Diarrhoea, vomiting or any other infectious illness. 48 hours must have elapsed after the diarrhoea or vomiting has stopped before readmitted to the club. Parents will need to produce a Gp note or produce a letter stating when the last bout of sickness occurred.



Parents/guardians must inform the club immediately if their child has/developes an allergy, asthma or a medical condition and to provide the club with full information regarding the condition and treatment.



All play staff have a duty of care towards children i.e the duty to act as a caring parent would.

Under no circumstance will the child leave the club with anyone unknown to the play workers unless previously arranged and authorised by a parent/guardian. No person under the age of 18 will be allowed to collect a child without a prior written agreement.

Fit Kids require sufficient details of the person collecting the child. Proof of ID will be required, a photograph should be supplied. Parents are asked to provide a password for collection security.



Children will be expected to respect the equipment and property of Fit Kids at all times.



All fees must be paid directly into Fit and Funky HSBC Sort Code 400240 Account 41433873 and use your child’s name as reference. We do not accept cash at the club.

Late fees and unpaid accounts will be referred to our debt collection services who will recover fees and expenses. Additional fees will be occurred during this process. Fees are Non Transferable.

No refunds after the club start date.



If a cancellation is made after the booking has been placed.

If you cancel your place with 7 days of making the booking there will be a £10 admin charge.

If you cancel within 28 days 25%

If you cancel within 21 days 50%

If you cancel within 14 days 75%

If you cancel within 7 days 100%
