What type of dates do we collect and why we collect certain personal data about you and anyone else that is included on the booking
When you make a booking or an enquiry, we will ask you for your name, address, email, phone number and date of birth. We need to collect this information in order to arrange the travel and other services you are requesting.

When you request to make a booking, depending on the arrangement you ask us to make for you, we will ask you if you any special requirements, dietary, medical/health conditions, disabilities, sexual orientation, race or religion. This information is referred to as special categories of personal data and when you give us this information we'll use it to try and ensure your particular needs in relation to a booking are met. We may have to share that data with our third party suppliers. If you do not want to provide this information to us, or after you have provided us this information you ask to stop processing this information, it may mean we won't be able to provide all parts of the services you have requested . If we have to cancel your booking as a result you may incur a cancellation charge.

When you've made the booking or other purchase with us, your personal information will be retained to ensure we provide the best possible customer service to you. We retain your personal data for as long as necessary for us to use your data as set out in this privacy policy.

Holiday booking details
You must check your details are correct on your invoice names, dates are correct and your passport must have 6 months before expiring at date of travel.

We will inform you of the identity of the operating carrier as soon as we become aware of this. Any changes to the operating carrier(s) after your booking has been confirmed will be notified to you as soon as possible. Any changes to the identity of the airline, flight, timing or aircraft type will not entitle you to cancel or change to other flight arrangements without paying charges where are specified with the tour operator booking conditions.

Payment
A deposit is required to make a booking and monthly payments are requested, we will send you a payment schedule for your booking of monthly payments to the date of the balance is due, or you can make full payment of your holiday, no bookings can be made without a deposit.
There is a late fee of £25 if monthly payments are not met on time. If your balance is not paid by the due date it may be cancelled. If you cancel or amend your booking the supplier(s) will charge for cancellation or amendments.
