Come and burn off the Christmas cheer with our Slim Down, Tone Up! January Challenge! Every day will be different, fun and challenging. Get ready to slim down and tone up!! You will receive weekly live workouts, tailored recipes for breakfast, lunch, snacks dinner and health tips. Your online live sessions will be Wednesday to Saturday at 9am but don't worry if you miss a day as they are all recorded for you to do in your own time. The timetable will be as follows: Week 1 - CARDIO Week 2 - RESISTANCE Week 3 - CORE Week 4 - STRENGTH *Please note: You will need hand weights or bottles of water and a resistance band if you have one. PLUS - Weigh, measure and take a picture of yourself at the start of the challenge (15th January) and on the last day (11th February). The person who has got the best results will win a Fit and Funky Goodie Bag! We focus on workouts that get you results and food that is tasty without being restrictive. We will be supporting you every step of the way through our community group as well as via 1-1 support - we are in this together!
