What should I pack?

Our holiday locations generally benefit from warm and dry weather. The evenings are generally warm too, but we recommend bringing something for the occasional cooler exception. Dress is casual and informal for all meals.
There are indoor and outdoor swimming pools, so be sure to bring what you need.

For all training sessions you will need comfortable, flexible clothing such as a T-shirt and track suit bottoms or any other exercise garb you are happy with. Of course you'll also need training shoes. We also recommend a hat or cap and maybe even a small back-pack for cameras, personal items etc.
The sun can get pretty hot at times, so bring with you appropriate sun creams. You may also like to bring light long sleeve shirts and light trousers if you don't want to expose too much skin.

What will my week's schedule look like?

When you arrive at the venue, we will provide you with the group schedule and opportunity to choose your fitness activities. We will also inform you of all party and evening entertainment available for your holiday. You will be required to complete a health and fitness declaration form and return it to us before participating in any fitness activities.

Do I have to take part in everything?

Fit and Funky holidays are designed to provide maximum health and fitness benefits for all guests. If you take part in all fitness activities, partying and excursions you will get the best overall results. However, you do not have to take part in everything. After all, it's your holiday. There is plenty of quiet time when you can just relax by the pool, go sightseeing or do whatever your heart desires.

Of course. There are plenty of opportunities for sightseeing, personal shopping and gift buying. The Fit and Funky team are more than happy to point you in the direction of local attractions and tourist information centres.

When your booking has been confirmed we will send you an email with your receipt, flight and transfer details, health and fitness declaration form and contact details of the venue. Please complete the health and fitness declaration and return to us as soon as possible before your holiday.
