
FIT AND FUNKY HOLIDAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking. By making a booking, you agree to the following terms:
1. Payment Terms

Monthly payments are requested by the last day of each month, failure to meet your monthly payments will incur a late fee of £30, or full payment must be made at time of booking

Any payment plan must be in advance to cover monthly payments.

All deposits and instalment payments are non-refundable after 7 days.
2. Cancellations

Any cancellation will incur a £75 cancellation processing fee per package booking, plus charges from the service providers as follows:

Flight: 100% non-refundable from the point of booking (including baggage, insurance, etc.). Accommodation: Non-refundable. Transfers: 100% non-refundable from the point of booking.

We recommend you take out travel insurance that covers cancellations.
3. Amendments

Any amendment to your travel services (for example, change of name) will incur an administration charge per booking which can vary from airlines, plus any charges from the service provider.

No changes can be made less than 5 days before departure.

Amendment charges are subject to change at any time. Amendments are non-refundable and can only be requested by the lead passenger on the booking.
4. Package Transfers
You may transfer your package to another person if the airline permits name changes. The person who you would transfer to has to agree to all booking conditions, provided both you and the other person accept joint and individual liability for the full payment of any balance and any additional fees or charges.
5. Health and Fitness

You confirm you are in good physical condition and fit to take part in activities.

You must inform us in advance of any medical conditions or injuries.

You participate in all activities at your own risk.
6. Insurance

You must have valid travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, personal liability, and any activities you will be doing.

Fit and Funky is not responsible for any loss or damage during the holiday.
7. Behaviour

We expect respectful and responsible behaviour towards staff, other guests, and the local community.

We reserve the right to remove anyone whose behaviour puts others at risk or negatively affects the group experience, without refund.
8. Photos and Videos

We may take photos or videos during the holiday for promotional use.

Please notify us in writing before the holiday if you do not wish to appear in these.
9. Liability

Fit and Funky is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage unless caused by our negligence.

If Fit and Funky cancel the holiday the monies paid to Fit and Funky would be fully refundable.

We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or travel disruptions).
10. ATOL Protection
Our holidays are ATOL Protected, ensuring your financial protection when booking package holidays with flights.
